Meeting people where they are . . . leading them to where God calls them to be.
Our dream at Dynamic Catholic is to re-energize the Catholic Church in America. We are working toward this dream by giving Catholics and their parishes the world-class resources they need to engage people in their faith.
There are ten key moments in the lives of Catholics. Some of these moments happen only once in a lifetime. Others happen every year, every week, or even every day. We are devoting ten years to developing ten incredible Catholic programs built around these key moments. Programs that present the genius of Catholicism in inspiring ways. That meet people where they are, and lead them to where God is calling them to be. That transform individuals at every stage of their lives.
God wants each of us to become a great decision maker. DECISION POINT is helping millions of young Catholics learn how to be guided by the Holy Spirit.
“DECISION POINT is the best program I have encountered that invites young Catholics to accept and live their faith. In preparing young Catholics for not only Confirmation but also a life of faith, DECISION POINT offers a whole new, refreshing, inviting, engaging, and absolutely needed gift.”
– Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington
Noah’s life was changed by forty days of rain. Moses was transformed by forty days on Mount Sinai. The people of Ninevah were transformed when God gave them forty days to change their ways. Jesus was empowered by forty days in the wilderness. Jesus transformed the apostles in forty days after his Resurrection. Best Lent Ever gives millions of people a life-changing 40-day experience each year.
Our lives change when our habits change. The genius of Catholicism manifests in so many ways. One of those ways is the various times of the year when we have the opportunity to step back and take another look at who we are, what we are doing, where we are going, and what God is calling us to. Best Advent Ever does that at a time of year when people seem a little more open to God.
Everybody needs to forgive somebody, and everybody needs to be forgiven. Learning to forgive and be forgiven is at the heart of the Christian life. It’s time all Catholics had a healthy approach to the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Let’s start with those who are receiving it for the first time.
If we could teach our young people only one thing about the Catholic faith, what would that one thing be? The true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Seventy percent of Catholics don’t believe in the true presence. Blessed will change that for future generations.
Dynamic marriages are at the heart of any healthy community. We need to do more for married couples, and we need to begin by giving engaged couples a world-class preparation experience. Better Together will do just that.
We believe great marriages start with great preparation—and great communication. That’s why we developed Better Together: A Marriage Preparation Inventory. It’s an assessment tool designed to spark great conversations between couples preparing for marriage.
The central experience of Catholicism is the Mass, yet too many people of all ages say they get bored. Imagine a program that guaranteed you would never be bored at Mass again! We are developing that program.
The Christian life is not sustainable without daily prayer, yet 90% of Catholics don’t have a daily routine of prayer. It is time we taught people how to develop a strong and practical daily prayer life. Unless as Catholics we become people of prayer, nothing will change.
At Dynamic Catholic, we want for every child that same thing we want for our own children: a chance to discover the genius of Catholicism in life-giving ways. New life is an incredible opportunity to re-engage parents in their own spiritual journey. The Dynamic Catholic Baptism Experience will teach parents how to raise dynamic Catholic children and how to allow God’s invitation to have a fresh place in their own hearts and lives.
God wants us to live well, but he also wants us to die well. There is a tremendous gracefulness required to die well. This is something that is too rarely spoken about. And when someone we love dies, too many of us don’t know what we are feeling—or why we are feeling certain ways—because we haven’t been taught how to deal with grief. The Church needs a world-class program to help us deal with these very practical issues surrounding our departure from this life.
Fifty percent of adults who enter the Catholic Church leave within five years. This is an astounding statistic, and we simply must do something about it. The Dynamic Catholic RCIA Experience will focus on not only preparing adult converts to join the Catholic family, but also helping them integrate into parish life and become lifelong disciples of Jesus.
