Fr. John Waiss

Fr. John Waiss is an author and pastor with extensive ministry experience. Dedicated to compassionate and honest evangelization, he serves as the chaplain of Courage, a Catholic ministry designed to support and inform those with same-sex attraction and those who want to better understand it in light of Church teaching. Fr. Waiss has written half a dozen books, including What Happens When You Die? and Letters Between a Catholic and Evangelical, which ranked among Amazon’s top 100 books in 2015. Through one-on-one counseling, speaking engagements, retreats, and pastoral work for St. Mary of the Angels parish in Chicago, Fr. Waiss continually leads adults and young people closer to Jesus and into a deeper understanding of their Catholic faith.
