Fr. Leo Patalinghug is an internationally renowned speaker, author, television host, and chef. He is also the founder of Grace Before Meals, a movement to bring families together over delicious meals that nourish the body, mind, and soul. Fr. Patalinghug has been featured on PBS, ABC, CBS, and the Food Network, where he emerged victorious in the cooking competition show Throwdown with Bobby Flay. He is the author of the book Epic Food Fight: A Bite-Sized History of Salvation, and narrator of the audiobook by the same name. He has also written several faith-oriented cookbooks, including Grace Before Meals, which has sold over 10,000 copies. Fr. Patalinghug’s unique means of sharing the faith helps strengthen families and relationships by bringing people together over the dinner table.
