February 21Our Desire to Please
We must decide who our audience is going to be—our parents, children, friends, colleagues, boss, critics, spouse, self . . . or God?
Write down the healthy and unhealthy audiences in your life. Decide who you ultimately want your audience to be. (If you have the 2018 BEST LENT EVER Journal, you can write your thoughts in the space provided.)
If you’re reading Perfectly Yourself, read pages 34–39 (paperback version) or pages 36–41 (hardcover version).
Jesus, take my desire to serve and please, and use it to glorify you.
It's not too late to sign up for BEST LENT EVER! Join the thousands of people who have already signed up, and experience Lent in a whole new way.
Who are you trying to please?
