March 26This Is the Problem
Problems are opportunities to build character.
When you find yourself worrying, try to step back from it and calmly ask yourself these questions: Is there anything I can do about this situation? What lesson can I draw from this situation? If you can take some positive action, do so immediately. If the situation is entirely out of your control, trust in God and surrender to whatever virtue can be gained by it.
If you’re reading Perfectly Yourself, read pages 192–196 (paperback version) or pages 200–204 (hardcover version).
Jesus, I know storms will come. Focus my efforts less on worrying and more on building character one virtue at a time.
Where's the opportunity in your life?
