Have trouble receiving emails from Dynamic Catholic?

Your emails may be going to your Spam or Junk folder. Some mail clients automatically route different messages to these folders to help keep your inbox clean. If you have a Promotions or Updates tab, you may also find some of our messages there.

What should you do?

  1. Add info@email.dynamiccatholic.com to your Contacts and Address Book. By doing this, your email provider recognizes Dynamic Catholic as a friendly sender.
  2. Follow these steps to set up a mail filter or an alert for messages from Dynamic Catholic. If your email provider is not listed below, you can find instructions specific to your email address on your provider’s Help page.

How to Add a Mail Filter


Gmail

  1. Click the dropdown icon in the right-side of the search bar at the top of the screen. Type info@email.dynamiccatholic.com into the From field.
  2. Click Create filter with this search in the bottom right of the dropdown box. Select the filters you would like to apply. We recommend checking “Never send it to spam” and Categorize as: Primary.
  3. Click Create Filter at the bottom to save your new filter.

Yahoo

  1. Click on the gear in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Filters from the list on the left.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Type a name for your filter into the box at the top of the screen (e.g., Dynamic Catholic).
  6. Type info@email.dynamiccatholic.com into the From field.
  7. Select Inbox as the folder the message should be delivered to.
  8. Click Save to finalize your filter, then click Save again to update your settings and return to your email.

Apple Mail

  1. Click Mail at the top left of the screen, then select Preferences from the drop down menu.
  2. Click Rules to create a filter.
  3. Click the Add Rule button.
  4. Type a name for your rule into the box (e.g., Dynamic Catholic).
  5. *Note: You can ignore the plus and minus buttons
  6. Choose All when clarifying which conditions must be met.
  7. Under ‘If all the following conditions are met’:
  8. In the first dropdown, select From.
  9. The second dropdown should be preselected to Contains.
  10. Then type info@email.dynamiccatholic.com into the third field.
  11. Under ‘Perform the following actions’:
  12. The first dropdown should be preselected to Move Message.
  13. In the second dropdown, select Inbox.
  14. Click OK to save your filter.
  15. Click Apply to activate the filter.

How to Create an Alert in AOL

AOL

  1. Click the arrow next to your username in the top right corner.
  2. Choose Mail Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Filters and Alerts from the list on the left of the screen.
  4. Click the Create Filter button.
  5. Type a name for your filter into the box (e.g., Dynamic Catholic).
  6. Type info@email.dynamiccatholic.com into the From field.
  7. In Send an alert to, select either AIM or mobile.
  8. Click the Create button to finalize your alert setup.
